I was almost 200 pounds before I got with Matt Sanders!  I had to get down to a certain weight for a record cover in a short amount of time and he got me down to my target weight.  He was understanding through the process and even lenient, lol!  He's down-to-earth as hell - a real guy, a real friend - the true meaning of a "helper of people".  That's my dog!  Sorry I've been too busy to get at you, Matt - I'll get at you soon, when I'm off the road!
